General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all consulting, speaking, and workshop services provided by Christoph Perkles in the field of AI consulting, keynotes, and training. They govern the ordering and use of our services and apply as a framework agreement for all further legal transactions.
Our offers are non-binding. Contracts are only concluded upon our written order confirmation or an act of performance by us.
The customer will provide us with all information required for the provision of services in a timely and complete manner.
All prices quoted are in Euros, excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
Travel costs and expenses are charged separately based on actual costs, unless otherwise agreed.
For cancellation of speaking engagements or workshops by the client, the following cancellation fees apply:
All presentations, training materials, and other documents remain our intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution is only permitted with our express written consent.
Recording of presentations or workshops requires our prior approval.
Our consulting is provided to the best of our knowledge and belief, but does not constitute a guarantee of specific results. The implementation of recommendations is the sole responsibility of the client.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Both parties undertake to keep confidential all confidential information received in the course of the cooperation and to use it only for the agreed purposes.
Austrian law shall apply exclusively to all legal transactions, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Wels, Austria.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. As of: December 2025
